Snapshot: The Trinity

In Church last Sunday I received a vision of a person walking on a tightrope.  The tightrope had two supporting ropes, one on the left, and one on the right.  I knew the three ropes represented the Trinity. God was showing me that with Him, I have all I need to walk safely through life while staying protected.  Walking with God can be scary, but if we yield to Him, He can always be trusted to keep us secure.

I began thinking about the Trinity.  It's such an interesting thing.  God goes before us, with us, an within us.  He uphold us with His righteous right Hand.  He has a hedge of protection around us.  It's our life to walk in His will.  Only with the Godhead can we scale over any obstacle--only with Him can  we "walk the tightrope" safely.

Confirmed:  Later in the Church service, there was a time of rather spontaneous prayer.  The man speaking was led by the Spirit, and He mentioned the "mystery of the trinity".  God's ways really are unsearchable, except to the extent that he allows us to figure things out.

Confirmed:  Later that day, Sunday, I was in the garage and listening to Christian radio.  There was a story about a man in the early 19th century that became famous for His daring attempts to cross Niagara falls on tightrope.  Wow--specific!  I've heard via The Quickened Word website that Niagara falls represents the outpouring of God's Spirit in a powerful way.

We need God, we need the Godhead, to take us to this place of supernatural revival.  We need to trust that God will keep us, and follow His leading even through deceptively intimidating situations.  Leaning on Him, we will always cross over safely.

Confirmed, again:  On Monday we stopped at a gas station.  There was a sticker on the gas pump advertising a new gas program.  It said, "Trifecta of goodness".  Yep, that's the Trinity!  God is so willing to speak, and to reveal Himself.

Confirmed Thursday, 12/11:  I just got off of the Quickened Word forum this morning...there was a new post there about spiritual graduation.  The writer was saying that the Lord impressed to her that this graduation would come after passing over a canyon.  That's exactly what the tightrope in my vision was laid over.  So God is taking me through a "dry" time of testing where I will have to rely on faith in His protection.  Then He can fully be poured into my life.  Here is the link to that forum post.
