Our Wedding Part III: The Family

Thomas and I just returned from a trip we began in mid-January. When we got home from the trip, we immediately went to one of our mentor's houses, and watched her home for a week while she was at a YWAM staff meeting out of state. We loved our time at her house, just as we loved our time doing street ministry and seeing friends & family on our trip, but it is wonderful to be back on the farm!! The snow is melting quite slowly, but we've had a series or gorgeous, sunny days that make me feel like Spring is oh so close!! In fact, in my spirit, I feel like it's already here. I've been praying for revival for myself, and my health is improving too. I feel like a good season is coming! I am feeling better day by day. Praise God!

I do wish I had been able to get all of my wedding blogs done shortly after the wedding, but due to my health, I wasn't able to do much except rest all winter! The Lord has revealed a lot to me about the root causes of my back problems, as well as my pretty consistent fatigue. I want to blog about those things He has shown me, because I think it will be profitable for others. That will come soon!

For now, here is the overdue 3rd wedding blog. Enjoy!

Looking back on this day is so fun- it seems like yesterday, and yet I can't believe the winter is already almost gone! According to the calendar, that is- some think we'll have snow here until May! I hope not. Thomas wants to get his plants in the ground before then. He is going to start his seedlings indoors next week, and is soooo excited for his garden this year!

I plan to write one more wedding blog about "How to do a wedding on the cheap." It will have lots of the details from our wedding and how we did it for almost no cost. That blog will come soon!

Love to all.
